This privacy statement covers the site www.costumeuniverse.com.
Because this Web site wants to demonstrate it's
commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices

You can view the www.costumeuniverse.com site's

of the screen to bring up details of the SSL certificate. When the lock is

We take extreme precautions to protect your information. When you submit
sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both
online and offline with state of the art hardware and software security

Your credit card runs through an encrypted gateway called Authorize.net to supply
even another level of security. We have state of the art Cisco routers and firewalls
along with internal security software to keep our site safe for our customers.

Our secure server software applications (SSL) are the industry leaders and
among the best software applications available today for secure commerce
transactions. Both highly technical and redundant systems encrypt all of your
sensitive personal information, including credit card number, name, and
address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the
Internet.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we
also protect your information offline. Only security cleared employees who need to see
small amounts of information are entrusted with your personal information

this $50.00, PRAD Unlimited will cover the entire liability for you, up to the
full $50.00. PRAD Unlimited will cover this liability only if the unauthorized
use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases
made at Costume Universe while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your
credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Your PRIVACY is our concern!
Your privacy is extremely important to PRAD Unlimited and Costume Universe. We absolutely do not
sell or share any of your personal information to any company or individual who
is not an agent or service provider. We collect your email address to
communicate with you regarding your order or any questions you may have. Rest
assured that no one will be privy to your information other than bonded and background checked
administrators or our service providers. Costume Universe is a unit of PRAD
Unlimited, a Georgia LLC.
In order to use either Web site to purchase merchandise, at checkout a user will
complete the customer information form. During checkout a user is requested to give
certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to
process your order and allows us to be able to deliver the order to your address and
to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have
expressed interest. If you wish to Opt-Out of receiving any other information, about discounts and sales, at any
time, please update your contact information or use the unsubscribe feature on
any email that you receive from us. (See Choice/Opt-Out section below).
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must
provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial
information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is
used for billing purposes only and to fill your orders. If we have trouble
